Privacy Policy

1. Data stored on your device

Property and room labels, observations, original photos, report history, exported-report metadata, and SHA-256 integrity hashes are stored in MoveMarkr’s private app storage. DUST LINE does not operate a server that receives this inspection content.

2. Exports and sharing

MoveMarkr creates a ZIP evidence pack only when you request an export. Android’s share sheet lets you choose the receiving app or person. Once shared, the recipient and receiving service control that copy under their own privacy practices.

3. Google Play Billing

The optional Premium lifetime purchase is processed by Google Play. MoveMarkr receives the product and purchase status needed to unlock or restore Premium. DUST LINE does not receive or store your payment-card details. Google processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.

4. Camera and photo access

Camera and photo selection are requested only when you choose those features. Selected or captured images are copied into private app storage. Denying either permission does not prevent unrelated features from working.

5. Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you use Delete all local data in Settings or uninstall the app. Exported copies are controlled by you and are not removed when app data is deleted. Deleting local data does not cancel or erase a Google Play purchase.

6. Children

MoveMarkr is not directed to children under 13, and DUST LINE does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date below will be updated. Privacy and support inquiries may be sent to support@dustline.jp.

1. 端末に保存するデータ

物件名、部屋名、観察メモ、原本写真、レポート履歴、出力レポートの情報、SHA-256改変検知用ハッシュは、MoveMarkrのアプリ専用領域に保存されます。DUST LINEは検査内容を受信するサーバーを運用していません。

2. 出力と共有

MoveMarkrは、利用者が出力を選んだときだけ証拠ZIPを作成します。Androidの共有画面から、受信するアプリや相手を利用者が選択します。共有後のコピーは、受信者または受信サービスのプライバシー方針に従って管理されます。

3. Google Play Billing

任意の買い切りPremium購入はGoogle Playが処理します。MoveMarkrは、Premiumの解放または復元に必要な商品・購入状態を受け取ります。DUST LINEはカード情報を受信・保存しません。購入情報はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて処理されます。

4. カメラと写真へのアクセス

カメラと写真選択は、利用者が該当機能を選んだときだけ利用されます。選択または撮影した画像はアプリ専用領域にコピーされます。アクセスを許可しなくても、関係のない機能は利用できます。

5. 保存期間と削除

端末内記録は、設定の「端末内データをすべて削除」を実行するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。出力済みのコピーは利用者が管理し、アプリ内データを削除しても消えません。端末内データを削除してもGoogle Playの購入は取り消されません。

6. 子どもの利用

MoveMarkrは13歳未満の子ども向けではなく、DUST LINEは子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

7. 変更とお問い合わせ

アプリまたは法令上の要件が変わった場合、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。更新時は下記の施行日を変更します。プライバシーおよびサポートのお問い合わせは support@dustline.jp へお送りください。
